These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the platform Judi Kiss accessible via the judikiss.biz website and any related platforms we operate. This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or the date you first use any of our services, whichever is earlier.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date should any changes occur. Judi Kiss is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

All financial transactions on the platform Judi Kiss is conducted exclusively in MYR. We support the following payment methods:

Transaction Limits:

In the event of a verifiable technical failure that affects the outcome of a game, Judi Kiss reserves the right to void the transaction in question and restore the account balance to its state prior to the failure.

Judi Kiss reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes through:

Continued use of the Judi Kiss after an amendment is published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international laws applicable to the platform's operations Judi Kiss. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement must first be referred to good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to settle it through binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules.
